What is Medical-at-Home?

Times are changing. Aging patients are making the decision to stay in their own homes as long as it’s reasonable to do so rather than moving into an assisted care facility. That’s where medical-at-home services come in to play. Keystone Med can provide the same specialized services to patients living in their own homes that we would provide to facilities.

These services are FREE and offered to all patients living at home who are home-bound or need additional assistance managing their medications. Some of these FREE services include:

  • Customized Medication Packaging (such as Dispill)
  • Medication Synchronization
  • Charge Accounts
  • 24/7 Emergency Assistance
  • Stat medication deliveries
  • Medication Administration Records
  • Vaccinations in home
  • Pharmacist check-ins and adherence monitoring

Call us today for more information about how we can help you or a loved one free themselves from the stress of medication management!

What is Dispill?

Dispill is is a safer, easier way for you to help patients adhere to their medication schedules. It’s a patented system that lets you provide medication to patients in an all-inclusive blister pack. It has been proven to reduce med errors and help streamline the medication administration process.
